Material:

GP1115: fine, semi finishing machining of ultra fine MT-TiCN, combined with surface gradient alloy substrate and good toughness of AL2O3 and smooth surface of TiN coating structure, good wear resistance, suitable for steel, alloy steel, semi finish machining precision.

GP1125: semi precise slight finishing ultra fine MT-TiCN, combined with surface gradient alloy substrate and good toughness of AL2O3 and smooth surface of TiN coating structure, good toughness in good wear performance at the same time, semi precise, suitable for steel, alloy steel slightly rough machining.

GP1225: semi precise slight finishing ultra fine MT-TiCN, combined with surface gradient alloy substrate and good toughness of AL2O3 and smooth surface of TiN coating structure, in good wear performance at the same time, toughness is greatly improved, suitable for the unstable state semi precise steel, alloy steel slightly rough machining. It is the upgrade of the GP1125 grade.

GP1135: roughing ultra fine MT-TICN, AL2O3 and smooth surface of TiN coating structure and good anti collapse surface gradient alloy blade and the basic combination; suitable for the unstable condition of rough machining; steel; alloy steel.

GP3125: TiAIN coating structure of cemented carbide substrate and nano structure of semi finishing of fine particles. Universal. Suitable for all kinds of materials processing.

GM1125: semi finishing, roughing good toughness matrix and TiCN and TiN coating combined with good thermal shock resistance and resistance to mechanical impact, the roughing and semi finishing suitable for stainless steel, can be used for interrupted cutting.

The strength and toughness of GM3115: fine, semi finishing machining of TiAIN coating and the basic combination of ultrafine particles, which has good anti bue characteristics, can extend the life of cutter, finishing and semi finishing suitable for steel.

GK1115: fine, semi finishing high wear resistance of fine crystal particle matrix and coating thickness AL2O3 perfect combination, through a special coating processing technology, coating the surface is smooth, in the processing of gray iron and ductile iron, good performance of wear resistance and edge chipping resistance.

GK1125: semi finishing, roughing specifically for the new cast iron machining launched. High abrasion resistance, fine crystal particle matrix combined with AL2O3 coating thickness in perfect, with good wear resistance and toughness is improved greatly, for harsh conditions in toughness requirements change.

GN9135: rough machining fine grain cemented carbide substrate, high hard and good wear resistance, suitable for Tongzhu rough machining of aluminum alloy.

GN191: steel, cast iron, stainless steel and general grades cars, milling, high abrasion resistance and toughness of both.

GN201F: steel, stainless steel car, milling general grades of high strength, high toughness and excellent abrasion resistance. The GN201F series for ultrafine grained (average grain size grade 0.6U), and used for roughing turning steel material.

Delivery time about 10-50 business days. Some country may delay 4-5 weeks.

If it has been over 35 days since your payment date and it has not been received, contact us immediately, we will work quickly to locate the item and help solve it.

If you want the goods urgently, we can send it by EMS or UPS,DHL etc. But have to plus some freight .Do contact us first if you want to change to EMS,UPS,DHL etc courier.

Shipment:

When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 3 days once your payment is completed. We do not guarantee delivery time on every international shipment due to difference in customs clearing time in different countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

Returns:

We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can. We will refund you if you return the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
