New lamp/lamps will resent to buyer Shipping freight carry by us.

Refund - Buyer  send the lamp/lamps back to us or to the warehouse in USA.Shipping freight carry by buyer.

Payment will refund the money to buyer.

The warranty does not cover normal damages or malfunctions caused by improper installation or use of the product in any manner other than that intended and specified by the manufacturer.

2. Different of Original Lamp vs Compatible Lamp

Standard lamp life for original lamp is 2000hours,compatible(alternative) lamp will be 300hours shorter than the original one. Some kind of lamps can reach to 3000hours even more as the wattage is lower.

There are many levels of quality of the lamps burner/wicks.

 Lamp/Wick producted by our own factory.With solid quality and high brightness,and long life time.

2.Lamp Cup

The lamps cup also have good quality and poor quality.

We use  High Temperature Glass / CRYSTOE and NEOPARIES lamps cups.

3.Housing

Some of the suppliers will use second hands housing for the lamp module.

We will used 100% new housing for the lamp.

4.Accessories and Assembly

Cement: The temperature of the burner can reach to  1000+ degree.

The cement is very important for the lamps.

Lamps assembly follow the standard data.Different lamps have different data and focus.

Testing for final brightness and focus is very important for the lamps.
